Monthly video telematics service includes 5GB LTE SIM data, access to our tracking portal and mobile apps as well as historical location and video data storage.
Video Telematics subscription also includes a extended lifetime device service plan. This service plan does not cover damage due to negligence or abuse. Any malfunctioning device will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Device must be returned to us for inspection prior to replacement.
Service plan is void if subscription lapses for more than 5 days during any single billing cycle.
Service plan covers primary unit only, external cameras and cables are not covered. Replacement parts can be purchased separately.
